Jackson has come to that age where it is time to look at suitable high schools to attend. So we have attended information evenings. Received enrolment packs to apply for what we are hoping is a good education. We need to get the applications done as soon as possible, so we can have to best chance of getting in. We do face the problem that we are not in the zone for the two schools we are interested in. So they do a ballot and it is luck of the draw. If he doesn't get into Hamilton Boys High or Hillcrest High School, then the alternative is to Home School him for the year as we are planning to be back in Australia for Dec 2009. When we will have to go through this process all over again. The decision is hard because this is his education. So we put trust in the Lord and hope and pray. That's all we can do. It brings back memories of when we were looking for a high school for Taylor. Not as hard though because we had church college to fall back on if the other options didn't work out.
